According to initial information, on the afternoon of February 1 (the fourth day of the Tet holiday), child H. and his friends were playing in Lan Đinh Village, Phong Bình Commune. Around 3 PM, H.’s family could not find him and launched a search throughout the area. Initial efforts were unsuccessful.
At 9 PM the same day, villagers discovered H.’s body in the pond at Lan Đinh Village. Authorities immediately arrived to investigate the cause and provide support to the family.

Child H. lived with his grandparents in Gio Chau Commune. His parents had divorced earlier, and during this Tet holiday, he was taken by relatives to visit his maternal grandparents in Lan Đinh Village. Unfortunately, the trip ended in a tragic accident.
