Around 7:30 AM on March 17th, on the Bắc Hồng overpass, the driver of truck 29K-057.21 engaged in unsafe driving practices, repeatedly cutting off and harassing the car with license plate 88A-xxx.xx. The incident was captured in a video that quickly spread on social media.

Video footage shows the truck repeatedly cutting in front of the car, and, near a traffic light, the truck swerved to block the car’s path, nearly causing a collision with other vehicles.

The truck driver, identified as Mr. L.Đ.A. (born in 1988, from Phú Thọ), subsequently exited the truck and engaged in an argument with the car driver.
