Vinh Phuc Establishes Provincial Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Board: A Significant Shift

In the afternoon of February 3rd, the Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce decisions regarding organizational restructuring and streamlining. One of the key points was the merger of the Provincial Propaganda Board and the Provincial Mass Mobilization Board into the new Provincial Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Board.

Merger of Two Boards: A New Step Forward

According to the decision of the Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Propaganda Board and the Provincial Mass Mobilization Board have been merged to form the new Provincial Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Board. This move aims to optimize resources, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure close coordination between these two crucial areas.

Mr. Trần Thanh Hải, former Head of the Provincial Mass Mobilization Board, has been appointed as the Head of the new Provincial Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Board. With his proven experience and capabilities, Mr. Hải will play a vital role in promoting the province’s political tasks.

Establishment of Party Organizations for Party Agencies and Provincial People’s Committee

At the same conference, the Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee also announced the establishment of the Party Organization for Provincial Party Agencies. This organization includes 21 party units with a total of 639 party members. Mr. Bùi Huy Vĩnh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, has been designated as the Secretary of the Party Organization for Provincial Party Agencies.

Additionally, the Party Organization for the Provincial People’s Committee was established, comprising 25 party units with 5,199 party members. Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, Mr. Trần Duy Đông, has been appointed as the Secretary of the Party Organization for the Provincial People’s Committee.

Direction for Development Post-Restructuring

Speaking at the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Đặng Xuân Phong emphasized that the restructuring and streamlining of the organizational machine is a necessary step to implement the spirit of Conclusion No. 09 of the Central Steering Committee. He acknowledged and praised the efforts of related units over the past period.

At the same time, Secretary Phong requested the Provincial Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Board to proactively coordinate with relevant departments to develop regulations on functions, tasks, and the new organizational structure. This is to ensure no disruption in the implementation of plans for 2025.

Termination of Operations for Several Party Committees and Party Executive Committees

Under the new decision, 7 Party Committees and 3 Party Executive Committees will cease operations, including: Party Committee of the Provincial People’s Council, Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People’s Committee, Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Party Committee of the Provincial Labor Union, Party Committee of the Provincial Women’s Union, Party Committee of the Provincial Farmers’ Association, Party Committee of the Veterans’ Association, Party Executive Committee of the People’s Court, Party Executive Committee of the People’s Procuracy, and Party Committee of the Association for Science and Technology.
