According to Bloomberg, Apple may introduce the next-generation iPhone SE (iPhone SE 4) as early as next week. It is likely that the company will not hold any launch event but instead release the product via a press statement.

Leaked rumors suggest that the iPhone SE 4 will have a design similar to the standard iPhone 14, featuring thinner bezels and the removal of the integrated Touch ID home button. This would make it the first iPhone in the SE line to sport a new design.
The device is expected to be equipped with the A18 processor, similar to the upcoming iPhone 16 series, and will feature 8GB of RAM, enabling advanced AI functionalities within Apple’s toolset.
Apple Insider reports that numerous camera modules for this model have been manufactured at LG Innotek’s factory in Vietnam. The company is likely to use existing components for assembly rather than developing a new camera system.
The main camera is expected to have a 48MP resolution, while the front-facing camera will have a 12MP sensor. Although LG Innotek is one of the suppliers, other companies also provide camera modules for this device.
The iPhone SE 4 could be priced under $500, making it one of the most upgraded affordable iPhones ever released by Apple. This move aims to improve sales of the company’s mid-range and budget iPhone models, which have been underperforming.
