On the afternoon of February 14, a representative from Highway Patrol Team No. 6 (Unit 6 – Traffic Police Department) announced that they had issued an administrative violation report fining T.T.N.T., a 37-year-old female driver from Dong Nai Province, 35 million Vietnamese dong ($1,600) for reversing her vehicle on the Nha Trang – Cam Lam expressway. In addition to the fine, Ms. T. also received a 10-point deduction on her driver’s license.
Previously, a 12-second clip circulated on Facebook showing a black car with Dong Nai license plates reversing on the Nha Trang – Cam Lam expressway in Khanh Hoa Province to return to the exit leading to National Road 27B.

After receiving reports, Highway Patrol Team No. 6 collaborated with the operator of the Nha Trang – Cam Lam expressway to address the traffic violation committed by the car driver.
During discussions with authorities, Ms. T. admitted to committing the traffic violation.
The Nha Trang – Cam Lam expressway officially opened in May 2023. The project spans over 49 kilometers and currently has four lanes, with operating speeds ranging from 60 to 90 km/h.
