In addition, these doctors are also deprived of the right to use their medical examination and treatment practice certificates for a period of two months˳

In addition, Nam Viet General Clinic was also fined VND 4 million for making medical examination and treatment books but failing to fully record them in accordance with the law˳

In addition, the Inspector of the Department of Health also fined 16 million VND for Hanh Phuc Dental Co˳, Ltd (specialist in teeth, jaw, face, address 263 Nguyen Van Luong, Ward 12, District 4) because the practitioner did not register for medical examination and treatment according to regulations; fined ORIDA Service Joint Stock Company (skin care, address 72B Tran Quoc Toan, Vo Thi Sau ward, district 3) 70 million for advertising medical examination and treatment services without an operating license˳ This company is forced to remove and delete ads without permission˳

Previously, on March 26, the Inspector of the Department of Health received patient complaints from the hotline 0989˳401˳155 with the content: “Patient came to Nam Viet General Clinic to consult painless abortion with price 17 million, when collecting additional 7 million service fees (total 24 million) but did not specify what services, no patient records, no receipts”˳

The Department of Health immediately made an unexpected inspection of this polyclinic, determined that the content reflected through the hotline was true˳

Previously, Nam Viet General Clinic had violated the regulations on practice and was fined at the level of deprivation of practice certificates and suspension of operations for a definite time˳
